House remodeling in Barrio Salamanca, Madrid.
The distribution of the house has only changed in the master bedroom (now it does not have a dressing room as before) and the main bathroom is bigger. Walls, ceiling and moldures have been painted. The main floor of pino melis is remaining with a natural varnish. The new rodapie chosen has a modern flat design.
The kitchen unit is made in white lacquered wood. The counter top selected is in white compac. The wall tiling is shinny white.
The new floors chosen for the kitchen and bathroom are porcelanic tiles. First in grey finish, and the other in beis colour.
In the bathroom, shinny metro tiles in beis colour have been installed in walls, that contrast with the pure white counter top made in dalian material. A false ceiling is placed above it to hide led lighting which gives more light to the mirror space.
