This two-storey house is placed in the seafront of Estepona. The living room faces the sea. On the opposite side, all the bedrooms face the Calle Real. This allows cross ventilation.
The house flooring is Carrar marble, which cools the house and enables the reflection of light. Decoration and refurbishment is a classic and contemporary style balance.

All doors and wardrobes have clean and clear opening systems (by forefinger, fixed handles, or push system).
Harmony has presence especialy in one of the bathrooms. All the design is classic, so is the flooring and furniture finish.

One of the most attractive parts of the house are the terraces. The handrail is made of security glass with chrome steel structure. The idea is to fix the view to the breathetaking views.
