The house has been remodelled entirely. New partitions have been created to make new spaces according to the client necessities.
All the flooring of the house is composed of big oak wood planks. The kitchen and bathrooms have big sized porcellanic tiling, with different colours and designs. The singular geometrical and floral design tile in the children bathroom is remarked by the backlighted mirror. The rest walls of this bathroom are of wood finished tiles. A very coloruful hydraulic floor has been chosen for one of the terraces floor.
The kitchen unit is in a shinny white finish, and so it is the Silestone countertop.
All the carpentry is custom-made, with a inner distribution in order to satisfy the customer needs. The wardrobes doors are white lacquered with openings from floor to the top.
False ceilings are visible in all the house, hiding indirect lightning, which make the spaces more luminous; for example in the living room and in the bathrooms (in the showers cabin and above the washbasins).
The decoration study has been made for each space in the house. Most of the furniture is custom-made., for example in the living room: there is a large unit with different modules: cocktail minibar, integrated chimney, low tv table, glass case and clothing closet. Besides, the furniture for the bathrooms (below the washbasins), night tables in bedrooms, etc.
